MODE OF PAYMENT

Payment is made in one of the following ways:

1. 1st party: The party who files the case is deemed to be the 1st party. If 1st party payment is selected then he/she pays for the service

2. 2nd party: The other party to the case is deemed to be the 2nd party. If 2nd party payment is selected then he/she pays for the service.

3. Both parties: If this is selected, both parties, each, pay half of the fees respectively for the service.

We accept payment via Paypal or Offline Payment. The payment page contains a link to Paypal. If party/ies wish to pay using Paypal, party/ies should click on the “Paypal” button. This will take party/ies to the Paypal payment page. Party/ies will have to fill in the details on the Paypal page and approve payment.
If party/ies wish to make payment other than via Paypal, then party/ies can check the “Offline Payment” box on the payment page. Administration will contact you accordingly to make the offline payment.

FEES

Currently we are having an introductory offer:

Assisted Negotiation - $1 USD per case for a period of 14 days

Automated Negotiation – $1 USD per case. If bids do not match, parties can have any number of attempts for a period of 30 days.

Mediation – $1 USD per case for a period of 14 days

Conflict Resolution - $1 USD per case for a period of 14 days


In the event parties wish to apply for extension, during the introductory period, extension will be provided for a further 14days at the rate of $1 USD.
